اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (مكتب الشرق الأوسط): على الأجهزة الأمنية اللبنانية تطبيق القوانين الدولية
رأت اللجنة الدولية لحقوق الإنسان إن الأحداث الأخيرة التي يعيشها لبنان نتيجة تدهور الحياة المعيشية الصعبة وصرف العملة الأجنبية والتي أدت إلى إرتفاع كبير في الأسعار التي ما عادت بمقدور الفرد مجاراتها، يتطلب هذا الشيء بعض الإجراءات على كل الفرقاء المعنيين إحترام القوانين والشرعة الدولية ( UDHR)، ومن ضمن هذه الإجراءات التي أشارت إليها الشرعة في هذا الصدد المادة الثالثة (3) والتي تشير إلى أنه لكل فرد الحقُّ في الحياة والحريَّة وفي الأمان على شخصه، بالإضافة إلى المادة الثالثة عشرة (13) والتي تشير إلى فقرتين:
( 1 ) لكلِّ فرد حقٌّ في حرِّية التنقُّل وفي اختيار محلِّ إقامته داخل حدود الدولة.
( 2 ) لكلِّ فرد حقٌّ في مغادرة أيِّ بلد، بما في ذلك بلده، وفي العودة إلى بلده. وختم السفير الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أن بيان االلجنة هو لتأكيد أن المجازفة من أي جهة كانت في المقاربات قد يكون مهلكا للبنان وشعبه، وعليه نطالب الجميع بالارتقاء إلى تطبيق القوانين والحرص على السهر عليها.
The International Human Rights Commission considered that the recent events that Lebanon is experiencing as a result of the deterioration of difficult living life and the exchange of foreign currency, which led to a significant increase in prices that the individual is no longer able to keep up with, this thing requires some measures on all concerned parties to respect the laws and international legitimacy (UDHR), Among these measures referred to in the charter in this regard is Article Three (3), which states that everyone has the right to life, liberty and security over his person, in addition to Article thirteen (13) which refers to two paragraphs:
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and to choose his place of residence within the borders of the state.
(2) Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country. Ambassador Dr. Haitham Abu Said concluded that the committee’s statement is to confirm that the risks from any party involved in the approaches may be fatal to Lebanon and its people, and therefore we call on everyone to improve the implementation of laws and to ensure that they are watched
