ما أروعَهْ
لما استدار بحلمه لي ،
ضمنى لحنينِه ،
فلمستُ بالشوق المؤجلِ أضلعَهْ
ووضعتُ رأسى يستكين ،
بكتفِه ،
أشتاقُ حضنى من سنينٍ ماضياتٍ ،
من زمانٍ ضاع من خطوي سُدى ،
ما أضيعه
شفتاه قالت ما تداريه العيون
فى قبلةٍ متسرعة
ما أخجله
يرنو بعيدا عن عيونى العاشقة
يجتاح جسمي ،
خطوة متعثرة
أو لفتة متحيرة
تتساقط الأنداءُ شوقا ،
لأرتواءِ المزرعة
ما أشعله
كفاه تفضحُ ناره المستعرة
ويداي فى البردِ تبوح ،
برعشتى المتلهفة
فأنا اختلاجُ الشوقِ ،
لهفُ الحبِ ،
نارُ المجمرة
لم ينتفض قلبي الحزين ،
ولا ارتوى ،
إلا معه .

When Two Run At Each Other .
How wonderful he was , as , coupled with his dream …
Holding me tightly to his longing ..m
With my delayed eagerness , I touched his ribs … Laying head of mine , to be pacified , upon his shoulder …
For long years that have passed , he has been lacking that hug …
The period that was wasted in vain …
How I regret that period …
What his eyes were hiding , his eyes revealed …
In a rapid kiss …
How shy he is !
Trying to escape my yearning eyes …
Invading my body …
A hard step …
Or a perplexed look
Drops of due , yearningly , fall down …
So as to quench the thirst of land …
How burning he was !
His hands reveal his burning fire …
Hands of mine , in the coldness , tell
How yearningly I quiver …
Inner eagerness …
With longness of love …
With the those flames …
Neither sad heart of mine suffered …
Nor I have been quenched …
That happens only when we are together …
